BMH Commercial brings together experienced construction professionals with a track record in both residential and commercial sectors. We're based in Sussex and work across the South East.
We established BMH Commercial because businesses kept asking the Build My Home team for commercial work. The demand was clear: organisations wanted a contractor who'd actually communicate, deliver what they quoted, and stay accountable after handover.
As part of the Build My Home group, we have access to shared supply chains, trades network, and operational infrastructure—bringing established capability to commercial construction.
Our leadership team combines commercial construction experience with hands-on site expertise. You'll work directly with the people who make decisions.
Operations Director
Adam is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building with over 20 years in construction. He manages project delivery at BMH Commercial. His background spans multi-million pound commercial developments, mixed-use schemes, and heritage restoration—including National Trust properties. He trained as a carpenter and plumber before moving into site management, and holds SMSTS certification.

John has worked in construction since the 1980s. His experience spans major builds for schools and hospitals through to complex refurbishments and restorations. He founded Build My Home with Mike, and brings four decades of industry knowledge to BMH Commercial's operations.

A carpenter by trade, Mike has managed construction sites of all sizes throughout his career. He's the primary client contact at BMH Commercial—responsible for understanding requirements, coordinating delivery, and ensuring projects run to plan.
